The West Virginia Office of Healthy Lifestyles (OHL) is dedicated to improving the health of West Virginians by promoting the importance of physical activity and good nutrition.
OHL strives to increase the percentage of West Virginians who are regularly physically active , as well as those who consume at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day as part of their balanced eating habits. OHL intends to increase access to healthy food opportunities and promote breastfeeding.
